Liability Waiver

The participant acknowledges and accepts that: (a) Memorabilia items are unique collectibles whose value may fluctuate significantly in the secondary market. WCF does not guarantee any future resale value. (b) Item photographs and descriptions are representative; minor variations in color, size, or condition may exist. (c) 'Game-used', 'worn', or 'studio-used' items may show signs of normal use that are part of their authenticity and history. (d) Blockchain authentication certifies the chain of custody and celebrity participation, but does not constitute a guarantee of monetary value.

The participant releases, discharges, and indemnifies Yeire Corp., World Celeb Finds LLC, WCFAuction.com, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, or liability arising from: (a) Typographical or technical errors in item descriptions that do not materially affect item authenticity. (b) Payment processing delays caused by third-party financial service providers. (c) Currency exchange fluctuations for international buyers. (d) Bank charges, exchange fees, or processing fees charged by the participant's financial institutions.

WCF is not responsible for: (a) Damage, loss, or delays caused by third-party carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, or others) once the item has been delivered to the carrier with confirmed tracking number. (b) Customs delays, import taxes, duties, or holds by government authorities in the destination country. (c) Items held, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities. (d) Incorrect delivery address provided by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and managing any import requirements in their country.

The participant acknowledges that: (a) WCF acts as an intermediary platform between celebrities/their representatives and buyers. WCF is not responsible for statements, representations, or commitments made directly by celebrities outside the Platform. (b) Authentication and delivery videos are produced with celebrity cooperation, but WCF does not guarantee the continued availability of such videos if the celebrity requests their removal for legitimate reasons. (c) WCF is not responsible for changes in a celebrity's public status, reputation, or personal circumstances that may affect the perceived value of an item after purchase.

The participant accepts that: (a) Blockchain technology, while robust, may be subject to technical vulnerabilities, network forks, or protocol changes beyond WCF's control. (b) The value of NFTs associated with items may fluctuate dramatically or reach zero; WCF does not guarantee any future NFT value. (c) Loss of access to digital wallets, private keys, or blockchain credentials is the participant's sole responsibility. WCF cannot recover blockchain assets lost due to user negligence. (d) Future regulatory changes related to cryptocurrencies and NFTs may affect the utility or transferability of blockchain certificates.

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted except in the following cases: (a) The item received materially differs from the published description (minor condition variations do not apply). (b) The item arrives with documented damage caused during shipping (requires photographic report within 48 hours of receipt). (c) Proven failure in the item's blockchain authentication. Disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 business days of item receipt. WCF reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, platform credit, or partial refund.

This Liability Waiver is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States of America. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico. The participant waives any objection to inconvenient forum.

The participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yeire Corp., World Celeb Finds LLC, WCFAuction.com, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) The participant's use of the Platform. (b) The participant's violation of these terms. (c) The participant's violation of third-party rights. (d) Any false content or information provided by the participant.
