Participation Policy

Every bid is a binding purchase commitment. By clicking "Bid" you agree to pay the full amount if you are the winning bidder.

The auction winner has exactly 24 hours to complete payment from the moment they are notified by email. If payment is not received within that window, the auction is voided and the item is offered to the next highest bidder.

WCFAuction reserves the right to cancel bids from unverified accounts, accounts with a history of non-payment, or when fraudulent activity is detected.

Bids are final and irrevocable. Retractions are not accepted once a bid is submitted.

The final auction price does not include the buyer's premium (15%) or shipping costs. These are calculated at checkout.

In the event of a tie in the last 60 seconds, the auction automatically extends by 2 additional minutes (anti-sniping system).

All auctions are supervised by WCFAuction staff. Any attempt to manipulate prices will result in permanent account suspension.

Draws are conducted LIVE, streamed in real time through the WCFAuction platform and/or official social media (@wcfauction). Broadcasts may take place from events, hotels, convention centers, TV studios, or world tours.

Each raffle ticket has a unique randomly generated number registered on blockchain at the time of purchase. This guarantees transparency and prevents duplication.

The winner will be contacted by email and phone within 2 hours of the live draw. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new draw will be conducted.

Raffle tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except in the event of cancellation by WCFAuction.

Maximum ticket limit per person: 50 tickets per raffle, to ensure fair participation.

WCFAuction may record and publish the live draw. By participating, the winner agrees that their name (first name + last initial) may be publicly announced.

Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, ACH Transfer (US), and Wire Transfer (international). All payments are processed in USD.

For auctions: payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the winner notification. For direct purchases: payment is immediate upon order confirmation.

ACH or Wire Transfer payments have a 72-hour hold period. The item is reserved during that period and released if payment is not confirmed.

Cryptocurrencies are not accepted as a direct payment method at this stage. Blockchain certificates are for authentication, not payment.

Buyer's premium: 15% on the final auction or direct purchase price. This fee covers authentication, blockchain certificate, shipping insurance, and platform service.

PHYSICAL ITEMS — IN-PERSON DELIVERY: For high-value items ($50,000+), WCFAuction coordinates an in-person delivery with the buyer, with the authentication team present and, when possible, the artist or celebrity themselves. This session may be recorded on video.

WINNER SHIPPING INFORMATION: The winner of an auction or raffle must provide their complete verified shipping address within 3 days of email notification. If the information is not received within that period, WCFAuction may void the prize and offer it to the next participant.

PHYSICAL ITEMS — SHIPPING: For lower-value items, shipping is done via certified carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL) with full insurance, tracking number, and required signature. Delivery time is 5-15 business days depending on destination.

PHYSICAL CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY: Each item includes a printed certificate on certified cardstock, signed by the artist/celebrity, with a unique serial number, security holograms, and notarial seal.

BLOCKCHAIN CERTIFICATE: Simultaneously with the physical certificate, an authentication NFT is registered on blockchain (platform TBD: Ethereum, Solana, or Chainlink). This record is permanent, immutable, and transferable when reselling the item.

DELIVERY VIDEO: For premium items, WCFAuction records the moment the artist signs the certificate. This video is delivered to the buyer as part of the authentication package.

DIGITAL ITEMS / NFT: Transfer is made to the buyer's wallet within 48 hours of payment confirmation. The buyer must provide their wallet address at checkout.

WCFAuction acts as an intermediary between the seller (celebrity or their authorized representative) and the buyer. WCFAuction is not responsible for damage, loss, or deterioration of items during shipping once delivered to the carrier.

The authenticity of each item is verified by the WCFAuction team before the sale. However, WCFAuction does not guarantee the future resale value of any item.

By participating in auctions or raffles, the user agrees that WCFAuction is not responsible for technical interruptions, connectivity failures, or system errors that may affect a bid or participation.

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted except in cases of non-delivery, item significantly different from description, or proven fraud.

WCFAuction is not responsible for import taxes, customs duties, or additional charges that may apply in the buyer's destination country.

Use of the WCFAuction platform implies full acceptance of these terms. Any dispute will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico, USA.

To participate in auctions or raffles you must be 18 years or older and have a verified WCFAuction account with a valid email and registered payment method.

Employees of WCFAuction, WCF Global Holdings LLC, and their immediate family members may not participate in platform auctions or raffles.

WCFAuction reserves the right to verify the identity of any participant before processing a payment or delivering an item.

Accounts with a history of payment non-compliance will be suspended and may not participate in future auctions or raffles.

To participate in VIP tier auctions (from $1,000), the bidder must register a valid payment method with confirmed funds BEFORE placing any bid.

A $1,000 guarantee hold is applied to the registered card or account upon activating VIP access. This hold is fully refundable if the bidder does not win.

If the winning bidder fails to complete payment within 24 hours without a cause verified by WCFAuction, the $1,000 hold is forfeited as a penalty and the auction is awarded to the next highest bidder.

The hold is automatically released within 3–5 business days if the bidder does not win, or applied toward payment if they are the winner.

The Elite Premium tier (from $25,000, no upper limit) follows the exclusive WCF Global Holdings LLC model for high-value auctions. To participate, the bidder must demonstrate sufficient financial capacity before being admitted.

A proportional guarantee hold is applied based on the item's base value: minimum $10,000 for items valued $25,000–$100,000; minimum $100,000 for items valued $100,000 and above (properties, yachts, luxury vehicles). The hold is processed via Platinum card, Black card, American Express Centurion, or verified wire transfer.

If the winning bidder fails to complete the transaction without justified cause, the hold is fully forfeited as a guarantee to the selling celebrity. This protects the celebrity's asset value and ensures serious participation.

Forfeiture is waived only if WCFAuction's legal team verifies that the failure was caused by: (a) documented force majeure, (b) platform technical error, (c) damage, loss, or deterioration of the item during delivery attributable to WCFAuction.

The hold is released within 5–10 business days if the bidder does not win. For winning bidders, the hold is applied as a down payment toward the total transaction.

WCFAuction reserves the right to reject the participation of any bidder who does not meet financial verification requirements, without public justification.
