Participation requires proof of financial capacity: a guarantee hold of $10,000–$100,000 is applied depending on the item's base value, fully refundable if you do not win. If you win and fail to complete the transaction without justified cause, the hold is fully forfeited as a guarantee to the selling celebrity. Exemptions apply only when WCFAuction's legal team verifies the failure was due to force majeure or a platform error.
